We did call the police and shout mightily, which wasnt a top shelf idea because he ran away before we could get a good description. The housing complex is posting motion sensor lights on the outside of our building where our bedroom windows are, so hopefully that will help. Also a security officer will be hiding out to help catch him in the act.

He comes by around 1AM.
He has a slight build.
He has a sony digital camera.

We heard a noise on sunday night that sounded like someone fiddling w/ sarah's screen/blinds, which we got spooked by and then calmed down and went to bed.

Last night he was staring in again. I am so freaked out because if this is a repeated incident, it means that we have a more legitimate stalker, and not just a random perv.

Needless to say, I really could use something good to happen to me right now.

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) would make it illegal to fire, refuse to hire, or refuse to promote an employee based on his sexual orientation or gender identity.

The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act (H.R. 1592) amends the federal criminal code to prohibit willfully causing bodily injury to any person because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of such person.

This is how the AFA describes H.R. 1592:
"H.R. 1592 is ultimately a Thought Crimes law which aims to silence biblical Judeo-Christian speech and beliefs about homosexuality and 'transgenderism'."
